Mum move classes have a max-capacity of 6 people to ensure the safety of mums and babies. These classes are set up to offer safe, fun classes for postnatal women.
We welcome babies to join you in the studio while you workout. Feel free to bring a play mat, bouncer and anything else to keep your child occupied during the session. This will be a relaxed environment so do not worry if you need to give your baby a few extra cuddles or feed them during the session. Mum moves is the perfect blend of building strength and fitness while looking after your body, mind, and mobility.
Postpartum classes will focus on foundational movements to help rebuild strength and cardio fitness. Your body will learn how to move well again while improving your stability, mobility and pelvic floor health. This is a great class to get back to moving and prepare you to move like a Mum (often much like an octopus…ahhh if only we had 8 hands!!!)
*prior to joining our class please take the time to complete the pregnancy exercise questionnaire. In order to attend you will have been cleared for exercise at your post-natal appointment. 6 weeks if natural birth and at least 12 weeks post caesarean section.
