This class works on moving and strengthening the core foundations of our body. We use controlled exercises that work your core stabilising muscles to build a strong, stable centre.
We will take it further and expand your movement capabilities to improve balance, flexibility and quality of movement.
This class will challenge you to build the foundations of movement and dedicate time to stretch and lengthen, allowing your body to move well.
