Semi-Personal Training
Semi PT session are small groups for tailored-to-you exercise to achieve your fitness and wellbeing goals in the most efficient and fun way! Perfect for those who want to smash that big goal, are currently feeling stuck, or anyone dealing with any injury/illness/situation who would greatly benefit from personalised training.
You’ll train in a small, supportive group, at one of two levels: Start Up (beginner) or Level Up (intermediate).
Whether you are low in confidence or need that push to progress, our budget-friendly, semi-private personal training programme will provide that extra attention & help you reach your health and fitness goals. Giving you accountability and support every step of the way!
Our semi-private personal training has a maximum of 3 people in a session. With 2 levels available, you’ll be working with like-minded people who learn from each other, support each other as well as getting more attention from the instructor.
Each month we will work on a new programme with a specific focus, which we tailor to your needs and fitness goals.
