General Terms of Use
You will be required to complete a pre-exercise questionnaire and read and agree to the release and waiver of liability form prior to attending The Masonry for your first visit. You will need to update this if there are ANY changes to your health and fitness status.
General Terms and Conditions
If you use our services you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms form a legally binding contract between you and us, and govern your use of the services. If you do anything in breach of these terms we may terminate your account and right to receive our services.
Registration
In order to attend any Fitness or Yoga Class you first have to register with The Masonry via Bsport and you may do so by completing the Registration Form and agreeing in that Form to these Terms and Conditions.
The details that you provide and confirm in the Registration Form must be complete and correct, including your confirmation that you are 18 or over and a “Consumer”, and that you agree to these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the fitness, health and safety matters and the rules set out in the Terms and Conditions.
You may book and attend a Fitness Class only once we have accepted Your Registration Form [in writing]. Acceptance of that application to register means that we agree that you may then (but not otherwise) book a Fitness Class. Our decision whether or not to accept your application to register is in our absolute discretion.
We will not accept your application to register or make any Fitness Class available to you unless You are aged 18 or over. We may require evidence of your age for that purpose.
Fees and Payment
Class Pack Terms and Conditions
Class pack of 10 passes expires in 4 months from the date of the first class you book.
Class pack of 5 passes expires in 2 months from the date of the first class you book.
£100 will be deducted from your account at the time of sign up for the class pass of 10. £52.50 will be dedicated from your account at the time of sign up for the class pass of 5. You are signing up to access any 10 or 5 group classes within the 4 or 2 month timeline. Classes will be available for you to book on the bsport app or on your bsport account 7 days in advance.
Any unused class passes cannot be transferred to another client or moved to another month beyond the expiry date. Class passes are non-refundable. The class pass will automatically expire if you do not book a class within 60 days for the pack of 10 and 30 days (class pass of 5) after purchase.
Members agree to adhere to the cancellation terms and conditions.
Membership Terms and Conditions
By signing up for any monthly membership the user agrees to the terms of our monthly membership minimum 3 months contract length. Users will be purchasing a 3 month membership with monthly payment instalments; after which the contract will be month by month rolling until the user notifies The Masonry of the request to terminate.
Membership Pauses
A monthly membership may be paused from 1-3 months within a calendar year. A written months notice sent to hello@masonryfitness.com with a valid request to pause the membership. The membership pause MUST take place after the initial 3 months (3 months paid in FULL) and must be a valid reason and accompanied doctors/consultants note to include: major injury, surgery, pregnancy, family emergency (ie. death of a family member). A membership cannot be cancelled during a paused period.
Changes to Membership Levels
Users are able to upgrade or downgrade the membership types or length subject to their initial 3 month minimum sign up. A monthly membership must have three months payment therefore a downgrade to a pay as you go membership within the first 3 months is breach of terms and conditions. Users may upgrade during the initial 3 months membership contract, but not downgrade.
Refunds
Refunds for memberships, programs, class packs or any other product purchased will not be given under any circumstance unless a doctor's note is provided.
Terminating your membership
Cancellations of monthly memberships must be done by the user within 30 days of their next Direct debit payment. If the user does not contact The Masonry in writing within this time period of their next direct debit date, they will be charged and the following month’s direct debit terminated. To cancel a monthly membership the user must clearly inform The Masonry in writing via email. You must provide your full name, address and reason for termination.
Cancellations
Late Cancellation (7 hours before) If you cancel your class 7 hours before it is due to begin, you will not be charged and your credit will be re-allocated. If you cancel after the 7 hour window, you will be charged £5 (unlimited memberships only) and the session/class pass will be deducted from your account (class passes).
No Shows
If you fail to turn up to the class you have booked, you will be charged £8 and the session/class pass will be dedicated from your account (class packs).
Late Arrivals
Once the class has started you will not be able to take part if you arrive 5 minutes after the start time. The Masonry reserves the right to turn you away from the class and you will be charged as a no show. Sessions must be cancelled via your online account/app, NOT by phone.
Payment changes
The Masonry reserves the right to change any price/fee to any of it's services. With written notice of the change at least 30 days prior to the date the change is to become effective. If the user does not state they wish to cancel, the new price/fee will be allocated to their membership.
